I had a brand new truck go in for it’s first complementary oil change. One of the salesman backed into the side of it damaging both doors and the frame around them. They took it to a well known body shop and had it repaired. I went while it was apart and couldn’t believe what the shop had to do...

The incident certainly is unfortunate and i get the first reaction but in reality the car will be repaired and no one including you will be able to tell. Get the lifetime warranty in writing and you should be set. I personally would be upset too but i would not walk away from the car or the deal...

Full wrap, full ceramic coat and windows tinted. 1 week job. I just cant see spending this much on a beautiful car and not protecting it as best as i can. 8k
