I don’t track anymore, but after seeing how bad the break in diff oil looked from my previous ZL1s, I did it anyway. Car was already up in the air for the oil change, so it’s easy and relatively cheap to do at the same time.
Keep driving it, these brakes are very sensitive to moisture in my experience with the car. Mine will do this after a drive in the rain or even like today when there were light flurries and it is wet out. Get up to higher speeds and use them off and on and they’ll get rid of the surface rust or...
Kind of sort of different, different colors, which unfortunately you can’t choose and is the only material difference the CF seat backs?
Caddy/GM aren’t the only ones doing this. I remember when BMW released the “30 Jahre”’ F80/82 M3/4 editions. All that consisted of was a different color...
Same as others for reasons not to have one. When I do, I never open it anyway.
Have had a couple of them leak over the years. Had a F150 with the panoramic roof that the drain clogged on multiple times. Every time it would leak in to the cab making a mess and then trigger the motion alarm. So...

Honda might not be bad, very easy to jack up and get it on jack stands I hear.
They are pretty close as retail sales are in the high 50s/very low 60s for low mileage 23 4V (regardless of transmission). Sure, I could probably get 55k somewhere, but I doubt any more than that unless they are “showing” you a higher trade while discounting their car. Don’t get me wrong, 3k is...
4V BW used values are brutal. My dealer called and is trying to sell me a new 23 6 MT 5V BW at MSRP. They are willing to give me 52k for trade on my fairly loaded 23 4V BW (75k ish MSRP).
Tracking is hard to gauge as there are too many variables, driver talent, track layout etc etc. The 5 needs the bigger brakes and tires to deal with the extra heft, larger dimensions. Most people cant drive anywhere near 9/10s so I suspect it’s a drivers race most of the time at your average...
Aside from acceleration and space, they are amazingly close performance wise with the 4V winning in a couple of categories on some tests I’ve read (braking/skid pad grip). So no, it isn’t as clear cut as that IMO and some people prefer the smaller car and the intangibles that go with it.
Hope...
When I was choosing between the 4 and the 5, this is why I went with the 4. I wanted the smaller/slightly lighter more nimble car as I prioritize backroad driving over all out straight line performance. As others, I’ve had a couple previous ZL1s with the LT4 and it is indeed an awesome engine...
I have to disagree about the 4V BW backseats, it depends on your usage for the car. My 13 year old and her friends are just fine back there. Also, my wife is 5’7” and has ridden back there with no complaints. I even specifically asked her about it and she said she never had the thought it was...
The Taco is our winter/utility tow/toy hauler. It’ll be paid off and pretty scratched up by the time she starts taking it to HS. Agreed though, way freaking nicer than the POS Plymouth Horizon I got to drive in HS.
I think the government should use the kill switch on left lane campers.
Kidding aside, if someone wants to go 100, I’m getting out of their way. Why would you want a reckless driver inches off of your rear bumper? I can’t stand self anointed lane sheriffs that think they can control others. It...
