We've heard this from other CT4-V Blackwing owners as well. It's a minor tuning issue that can be addressed via custom tuning. Please note that we can only tune the TCMs on 2022 models right now, since 2023 and 2024 TCMs haven't been cracked yet...
We've done a bunch of Global B tunes now. They don't set any codes when tuned properly.
If you're setting codes, feel free to send us a screen shot and we can assist with diagnosis. My direct email is ScottC@TapoutTuning.com.
As someone mentioned above, 0 to 60 times aren't a good metric for CT4-V Blackwings, because they are severely traction limited once the boost is increased. This can be resolved with drag radial tires, and the best time in our flagship car is 2.17 seconds.
Traction is NOT a problem for the...
Mission accomplished!

My guess is that you left a fairly well hidden vacuum line off. Check out the article at the bottom of this page for a one minute solution.

We have seen five different magazine quarter miles tests of CT4-V Blackwings, ranging from 11.98 to 12.80.
Current world record is 9.91, by one of our Brown Belt Performance Package cars.
We had a CT5-V Blackwing customer with a similar complaint recently. He was experiencing this same surging when the car was stock, and again after we tuned it. He then captured the surging in a data scan, and we were able to resolve it for him in one remote tune edit.
Guys, we manage our inventory properly, and have a 99% daily fill rate on all products. Life's too short for excuses in our opinion!

If you look at the dyno charts for the CT5-V Blackwings we're building and tuning, you'll notice they're producing 600 to 700 foot-pounds of torque (at the wheels!) within a couple hundred rpms of when we floor the cars. So believe me when I tell you there is no shortage of usable low end power...
We set that car up with an alcohol content sensor and custom tune. So he has one tune that automatically adjusts fueling and timing based on ethanol content (from E0 to E85).
Any time you port the blower or run a smaller pulley, the supercharger becomes more audible. Removing the internal baffle from the supercharger lid really really releases the whine.
Yes, you can do a camshaft, valve springs and a tune. Feel free to email me directly at ScottC@TapoutTuning.com...
We've done a bunch of these already. Installing the Kong stage X ported supercharger and larger throttle body typically boosts power as follows:
• 615 whp totally stock on 93-octane pump gas (9 psi boost)
• 645 whp with Kong ported supercharger and 2.50” pulley on 93-octane pump gas (12 psi...
They are works of art with incredible flow numbers! We have one pair here, brand new, never used, and you can have them for well below our cost if you're interested.

We thought we had a volunteer for this, and we tried to get some dates arranged. However, we aren't able to get any response from him. So the same deal mentioned in the original post above is now open to the next volunteer. Please email me directly at ScottC@TapoutTuning.com if you want to...
