yup, that's exactly correct....Cadillac in their infinite wisdom decided that they needed to drill two holes in the deck lid behind the rear crest.....I thought we were over this drilling holes for emblem thing a long time ago...guess I was wrong. So frustrating. I'm eventually just going to...
well for sure in a 55 you'll be welding bag brackets on the rear axle but thats not too difficult especially considering you sound like you might be able to weld and fabricate.
its hard to describe it...the car still feels just as stiff and composed while cornering but it does have a little bounce to it now. also, as stated earlier, the mag ride still works so there is a little bit of adjustment still.
basically remove the springs and replace them with air bags...everything else remains the same as factory. of course 2 compressors, a tank, and an air management (brain) are all in the trunk. I will take some pictures of that this weekend and upload them here.

Took a ride up to Air Ride Equipment to pick up the car after getting bagged....I’m sure I am about to get flamed for this but, it’s my car and I love it. Now just waiting for the wheels to get built and this thing will be done for a little bit. Next on the list will...

the price of forged wheels has gone way up over the last year because the forgings come from out of the country. but $6400 for a set of fully forged wheels is a bargain.
yup, I talked to him on IG for about 4hrs one day..He owns 909 motoring those wheels are 20x11 front and 20x12.5 rears. He won't give up the offsets though. just judging from that though, there is plenty of room under the wheel wells for bigger wheels than stock. he did mention that at those...
