I don't feel like messing with it and have the dealer blame me for making it worse. They shop isn't too far and I have to go to that part of town for work tomorrow anyway.
Brand new! It was received by a dealer that did the initial clean/prep and then picked up the next day by the dealer I purchased it from (dealer/order trade). Essentially it was missed by the factory and 2 dealers. 🤨 This is our first domestic car and I'm already worried.
Is the GM/Cadillac OS incorporated into the OEM screen or is it just a "dumb" display? Could you potentially remove the Android OS and just have the OEM OS?
Quick update:
The asshole dealer received my car. They liked it so much the cleaned it up and put in on the showroom floor. They weren't too happy when my dealer went to trade it for their order. We have agreed to an OTD price that is $650 under MSRP (including a useless $1600 protection...
I'm sure when the 25s start rolling out, the dealers will be eager to more their older stock. That's why even the special edition 23s are discounted by $10K or more. Combine that with the $3K financing you are looking at a $70K special edition.
Our cost sheet. I'm trying to get rid of the $1595 "Protection" package BUT I think that's a way for them to make a few bucks. We are still under MSRP and OTD so I consider it a good deal. We are probably going do $45K down to keep payments under $500.
Is that Fields? The salesman I dealt with there came off as extremely slimy. They kept raising the price until I bowed out.
So they give you a discount but make it back with absolute ridiculously priced add-ons and dealer admin charge? What a shit-show. Personally I would ask they remove all...
I'm not licensed in TX nor do I practice Lemon Law but my understanding is that attorney fees are included in any buyback litigation. Can you get a free consult with a LL attorney?
