Shit… I just realized that was probably the case.

This might be my last and final attempt. I may have f’d up when listing my total income however… Have a rental property. Mortgage is $1200, renters pay $1500. Do I add $1500 a month for income, or just the $300 profit I get? 🤦‍♂️

My friend is pushing me towards PenFed, but like I said, having to put down $19k right now is not ideal for me.

Looks like I’m gonna try NavyFed or PenFed tomorrow. USAA didn’t approve me for sh*t 😒. PenFed is only up to $100k though, so I’d have to put $19k down.

I almost ordered this color as well, but after seeing some videos showing the interior, wasn’t a fan. I would have preferred a more “brown” tan, as opposed to the natural yellowish IMO.
