    Separating CT4-V CT5-V CT6-V Blackwings

Seriously! I drive my 5BW 6M every day, 12 months a year and track it regularly. Yes, I am 71 and I couldn't have afforded the car when I was younger mainly because I spent all my money of formula car racing. :) You might be shocked at just what many of the 5BW 6M owners do with their cars. We...

    Separating CT4-V CT5-V CT6-V Blackwings

"I think a lot of it is due to Rob doing all that incredible work with the order tracking. I think about 90 percent of the activity on this forum was harassing Rob about order status at that time." Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner. .

    Current/Former Go-Kart Racers

Don't discount the LO206 class. They tend to be large classes, competitive and fun; particularly for people new to the sport and of a certain age. :) The sizes of the class tend to negate the "boredom" aspect. I ran Karts back in the 70's and our son ran TAG 2-stroke for years with me as the...

    Spring Mountain Impressions

Wouldn't dream of it. If that is what you have, wait for a manual as you will learn a lot.

    CT5-V CTv-5 Blackwing at Gingerman

What group did you run with at Grattan?

    What did you trade?

Traded a 2018 Audi S6. Great touring car with one of the best dual-clutch transmissions. Fast, comfortable and no soul. Had traded a 2016 S4 manual which I absolutely loved. Wish I had kept that one but don't miss the S6. My 5BW is so much more engaging and in a different league as a track car.

Engine Problem - Could use some advice

I don't have the engineer's name but Tom Vanderpool is the Service Manager at Lockhart ((317) 577-1551) and he is very familiar with the problem. He even mentioned that they had identified at least one 5BW in California with a similar issue. GM wanted to test all the parts they replaced in my...

    CT5-V Cannot catch a break

Finally have the 5BW running right and drove it up to St. Joseph Michigan for a long weekend with our son and his family. Hadn’t been in the Boulevard parking lot 10 minutes when someone did this while pulling into the parking space next to us. 😩😩 She was great and very remorseful but now the...

Check out the SCCA Track Nights. Good and relatively inexpensive way to get some laps.

    Launch Control with Manual

On a BW5 manual (which I am just assuming is the same for a 4!), you have to be in one of the race modes. You just then floor it and release the clutch. You have to be at a full stop and the steering wheel straight. LC is set to automatic but you can go into a manual mode and make your own...

    CT4-V 3-CT4 Blackwing for sale

I am at Lockhart Cadillac in Indianapolis getting some race prep done on my 5BW and it appears they have 3 4BWs available. All autos 😩 and one is an IMSA version. Good dealership to deal with. Just an FYI.
