Amazing indeed. After what length of time is it OK to lose patience if your car is fully ready to ship from DTW to you the expectant valued customer. 3-6-9-12months-2 years. Enlighten me.
Is that the way to look at this problem? Will that solve the problem? Southwest Airlines is a good company. On December 18th they shit the bed and cancelled 67% of their flights in one day due to a large winter storm that overwhelmed their antiquated system software and scheduling processes...
Congratulations!!!!! #117 still rotting in a GM lot in DTW. No MP- No constraints- No plan- No commitment-No answers-No end in sight. Navel- gazing at the highest level.
The whole premise of this post is a joke isn't? This can't seriously be the bar that Cadillac accepts for their top of the line performance sedan. Just to refresh your memory if you forgot :
"The part of my job that I don't love to do...... Disappoint my customers and it this case...
This is what you get from Mike Furman the "Corvette King" if your a customer of his.

Happy New Year...
The often raised question as to when the 2023 production year would end, we do not have any...
First of all I am thrilled that you were able to get your 5BW. That fact your car was built 18 days after mine makes me wonder what you were able to do that involved "hard work"on your part to get that car in your garage. A bunch of us out here would be willing to do more to get these d*mn cars...
After quite a bit of sophisticated analysis I have finally determined that my 5BW that was built on 9/8/22 has a 59.234% of being delivered to the west coast by the end of 2023. Dallas deliveries have a 96.23568% of being delivered within the first 6 months after being built.
Great News! Reliable source on the shipping end just told me GM just put all Cadillacs on a national hold today concerning shipping. He said it could be cleared up by tomorrow or go on for a while. The rodeo never calms down and takes a break.
Was able to call AutoPort at 517-322-2499 and get updates until 2 weeks ago. Now I just get a recording "Please enter remote access code". Does anyone have a phone number that will get me to the dispatch desk?
