Since 72% of the 2022 BW5's had the parking package it would appear that the only BW5 that could be built would be a no option car. Hope your dealer isn't correct. Maybe the Dustin "the Blackwing God" could enlighten us on this depressing possibility?

Well I've ordered the most boring BW5 in America. My only option is the parking package on a Argent Silver manual 6 Spd. TPW is 8/29 so will see if they have the capability of making any BW5's at this point. I'll give folks an update when available.

Thank you for that concise answer. I'm #1 at a smaller dealership and my build has Argent Silver. My fear was the dealership would never see the allocation but based on what you said I should get a shot at taking it if I'm willing to change colors.

The key question is since Argent Silver is on constraint will you dealer still get an allocation offered to them and give you the chance to modify the order to hold it. Or will the system pass you by and give that allocation to another dealer who has an order with no constraint items on it.
