As others have already noted the 4BW 6MT is very engaging even at low speeds. The Tremec transmission is one of the best. The clutch is surprisingly light compared to my Mustang and took me some time to get used to. But once i got used to the clutch, I find it perfect for stop and go, hills, or...
This is very exciting! Corsa already has a system for the 5BW so I am eagerly waiting to see their option for the 4BW.
@Fnfast I am also pleased with the stock exhaust, but would welcome being a bit louder. Stock tips are nice too.
Not sure, however, I would spend 2k plus for a catback system...
Have you considered a CPO 2015/2016? Still get a flat 6, and cost less. They do not come often, but if look nationwide some opportunities come up every now and then. This way you could hold on the BW too.
I also saw their posts on FB and followed them for more updates. Based on the photos and descriptions, seems like they've done a quality job. Definitely interested in more sound clips.
Do they have a website? Did some internet search, but found nothing.
Had similar experience. The holes did not align with mine. Tried to make it work, but when I got to the final two fasteners (the ones by the trunk light) I realized they gave me the wrong size. They were way too small and could not hold the panel. I just gave up.... now the panel collects dust...
@XjonesX this is hilarious! What a great idea!
Here is my story inspired by my Greek origins.
In the heart of a bustling metropolis, Professor T's prized possession gleamed under the soft glow of his garage lights—a vibrant red Cadillac CT4 V Blackwing. This luxury vehicle wasn't just a mode...
Just found some time to get the dents sorted out. Shop did an outstanding job and pulled them out without having to remove the PPF. The guy managed to work on them from behind the fender. He got access from the engine bay.
Impressed by the craftsmanship and super stoked of not having to...
@savethemanual thanks for the update on the RS3 vs 4BW! Your comparison from six months ago got me thinking, especially since the RS3 was a strong contender for me. I'm glad to hear that the 4BW came out on top in the six-month comparison. I'm absolutely loving every minute of driving in mine...
@White Bread check on the Lemon Law for your state. In many states when car seats at a dealer for 30 days or after 3 attempts to fix the issue the law goes into effect. Even if they manage to fix the car, as you mentioned, I would always worry the issue may come back.
I use an 1800 psi electric pressure washer. With a 40° nozzle, water comes out and feels like a strong mist. Keeping a foot distance and holding the gun as straight as possible seems very safe.
+1 on @RS49's suggestion. Or just issue a money order or verified check.
When I bought mine, I just brought a personal check with me which was then verified at the dealer.
