2025 PDR

It’s the MP4 file and you’ll need to use something like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive to share it. If you want to PM me your email address we can work it out over email.
Were you able to figure it out? If not I can get a file for you uploaded and would appreciate the help. I tried briefly with your PDR2 workbook in Pi toolbox and with the normal GM Cosworth toolbox and both didn't open. It seems like the only "supported" method right now is android/ios alive drive app which is far from ideal.

The AliveDrive app crashes a lot with longer recordings on my phone and just don't love the whole interaction model on mobile devices. Maybe on an Android/iOS tablet with shorter track sessions it would work but meh.

The 2025+ PDR is definitely not compatible with the v3.0 update 1 Windows "Cosworth Toolbox (GM)". When I try to import a track created by my car I get this.
[178729%2F9420387%2Fmceclip0]

And if I try to import an outing I get this...
[178729%2F9420388%2Fmceclip0]

I tried importing it into Pi Toolbox (which is new to me so maybe I'm missing something) but it doesn't seem to recognize it at all. The green entry is from my 2017 Corvette. The red is my 2026 CT5-V Blackwing.

Cosworth says there's updates to the apps in the works to support PDR 2.5 in the 2025+ PDR and a beta now that lets you open it in Pi Toolbox.

Thank you. Confirmed that the 13.1 beta allows me to see the data. Next step is to figure out how to visualize it in the toolbox.

Some updates on the current PDR state of affairs...
  • Cosworth Pi Toolbox 14 "lite" (free) doesn't currently support importing PDR data.
  • Pi Toolbox 14 Plus ($6.59/month but you can subscribe/cancel any time) does support 2025+ PDR files. @poor-sha's pre-built workspace is great to get started. Resources — HiPo Driver
  • "Release 1.0 of the new AliveDrive Desktop application (for Windows initially) is due to be released early in the new year." Cosworth Support Forum

FWIW, I'd pay the $60/yr to get the Plus subscription to Pi Toolbox. They added some really nice workbooks for iRacing that you can adapt to PDR if you want. Plus you get the ability to have more worksheets, displays, and tabs. The native support for iRacing telemetry is also very cool.

I'm not thrilled that they are charging now to support PDR outings, but they've dropped their prices so much compared to prior versions it's practically a steal.

Cosworth released a Windows variant of AliveDrive. Super limited functionality right now. I did a quick export of a couple outings and it seems the overlay still has a mistiming as compared to the audio/video just like Android which is pretty annoying.

The iOS iPhone and iPad versions also show the mismatch between telemetry and video. In fact the car itself show the same mismatch it when played back in car. So I suspect there is a bug that the original recording might be off in the pdr 2.5. Hopefully they fix that in the car recorder unless somehow all the versions of playback software has the bug itself.

I noticed there is now a note on the Cosworth Toolbox download page. It says that the Toolbox software is not for updated PDR (2025 for CT5 and 2026 for Corvette) and to download the desktop version of AliveDrive instead. So all the cool data available analysis in the Toolbox software is only for 2022-24 Cadillacs. Hopefully they add to the AliveDrive software as the data analysis is very basic compared to the Toolbox.

That is really sad because one of the festures of the updated PDR was it had more channels of data.
