CT4VBW on order
I’m a wannabe CT4VBW owner and the Caddy bot just told me my order has been accepted. It took about a week for the dealer to enter the order into the system about a month ago.

If my ordering process is similar to the guy in this article, I have about a five month wait at this juncture.

Experience with orders for 2025 CT4-V Blackwing

Goat rodeo lesson (learned the hard way) #5062:
Don’t sell your sports car until you get your new car. I regularly make “black wing” noises and pretend to shift my wife’s soul sucking (but very dependable) Camry hybrid.
I may need counseling.

Your next milestone is the Target Production Week (TPW). The factory is usually pretty good at getting them off the line on that date. After that you have a 3-8 week wait for transportation. Consider yourself lucky. I waited nine months just to get the allocation you got in one.

Nice choice. I think I need counseling myself so let me know so that we can join together for the counseling session, lol. Congrats in advance and don't forget to post pictures when your baby arrives. And hey, the Camry hybrid ain't no joke. ; )

Bless me Cadillac, for I have sinned.
Yesterday I had impure thoughts about another car while waiting for any news of my BW.

I test drove a new Acura Integra type S. Nimble and good power.
Great shifter and clutch feel. A good greenhouse and attractive styling.

But even in “comfort” suspension mode the Acura did not approach the supple ride quality of the Cadillac CT4VBW.

I had ordered the black wing because iof it’s Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde abilities. It can carry my wife in comfort. It can also transform my country road romps with power, poise and noise.

I’m glad I ordered the Cadillac.

I used to have a Honda Civic type r which is a twin of the Acura you speak of. I haven't driven the ct4bw so I cannot confirm but of course the ct5 bW I feel is a much better car compared to the type r.
