Would you replace a Lotus Elise with a 4BW?

Hi,
I have a 2006 Elise that I don't drive that much, but want to drive more. Reason is because it's not really suitable to be a DD.
I have a new truck that I daily, but miss the fun of a manual. I've taken the Elise on plenty of fun drives, but never for DD duty.
It's a special car, every time I take it out I appreciate it more, nothing like it today. Every time after parking it, I had to turn around and look before walking away.
However, if I get a 4BW, for sure I will drive it at least 3 days a week to work.
Garage space constraint is making me at least consider selling the Lotus.
Thanks for your opinions,

Sell the truck, buy the Blackwing. Then you will have 2 fun cars. That’s like having 2 dicks. Pretty awesome.

That's exactly what you should do.

If you really need to haul things, just get a cheap beater truck............or a trailer hitch on the Caddy :)

No.
I love them both, and they’re both great fun to drive in their own way, but if it ever came down to a Sophie’s Choice decision between my 93 MR2 and my CT5 BW, I would choose to keep the old MR2, a car not unlike an Elise.
Sorry to everyone here.

Evora 400 manual and 5BW manual owner here. Every time I drive a 4BW, I get closer to trading my Evora for one. The 4BW is such an exciting car to drive but also a great day-to-day car. My Evora doesn't get driven nearly enough (12k miles in 7 years) and it seems dumb to have something I so seldom use (although I do love the driving experience and even just looking at it). I am at a point in my life where a little extra practicality means I can use and enjoy my cars more often. But . . . every time I go for "one last drive" in the Evora, I think to myself "NO WAY AM I GETTING RID OF THIS!" We'll see. Tough decision for you but I remember testing an Elise when they were new and realizing it was about as practical as one of my literbikes. It was a little too much of a toy (an awesome one but still a toy).

What color is your Lotus? I wouldn't mind replacing mine

Substitute "Elise" for "Evora" and that's how I feel.
I actually already have an older truck (large full size) that I contemplated selling after I got the new truck (mid size), but then the large truck has much more uses, so now I'm hesitant about selling it. Will most likely sell the newer midsize truck and get the 4BW like you guys suggested.
Thanks,

Why do you want to replace that beauty? Mine's a 2006 "boring" color, Titanium Storm. It has many safety mods that Elise people do.
Mine was also a 2006 that I bought new. Unfortunately it's no longer with me.
Honestly I like some of the responses you've received. The CT4 Blackwing is a perfect daily driver. Keep the Elise for spirited drives. You'll never find a car more fun to drive than that one.
I sold my truck and replaced it with my Blackwing. I now have a 911 for spirited drives.
