All the carbon parts from Anderson have arrived, I just got them PPF'd and ready for install. I tried looking up on the forum for folks whom have taken their stock side rockers off but didn't find anything. Service manual is really informative , "Procedure - Release the retainers" perhaps it's just that easy but was checking if folks had any gotchas?

Bah... should have looked better. I don't need to remove the entire rocker, just the lower rocker which appears to be held on by a bunch of T15's

Wrong again, the whole thing needs to come off.. as mentioned above

I dont know the entire procedure but at a minimum, the fender vent cover piece needs to come off. I did that a few weeks ago. I'll post some pics and info in regards to that at least later tonight.

Thanks… I’ve got one side off, taking a bunch of pics for a write up. It’s a royal pain in the ass.

Update: well, wasn’t able to get the entire rocker off. The clips up by the door sills are really tight and I can feel the plastic about the break. Ordered some longer trim tools… if this doesn’t work I’ll need to have a body shop take care of it.

Progress being made…one side skirt off. Three panels, two rubber diverters, 52,000 screws later, the front spoiler is installed.

btw: It took forever to find the rocker clips on the GM parts page, mainly because they are labeled as a multi-purpose retainer, nothing about rockers, fenders, etc. GM charges between $7-$11 per clip. I got 30 for $8.99 on Amazon. I've broken one already but I'm going to replace them all. There's about 10 for each skirt.

Really appreciate you posting up the photos. Do you have a write up or DIY video you can link us to?
