It’s probably tire pressure differences. Makes a big difference in ride quality.
If the car is new it’s possible they didn’t take the transport blocks out of the front springs.
In my opinion the more options the better resale but if you could plot it on a chart the older the car gets the more the options will return value. It’s M6 and then everything else after that.

I have them on my daily driven ‘26 and noticed when new that one of the tread grooves is simply not as deep as the others. What I plan to do is just run them down to the wear bars and that will be my signal to replace.
