It’s probably tire pressure differences. Makes a big difference in ride quality. If the car is new it’s possible they didn’t take the transport blocks out of the front springs.

In my opinion the more options the better resale but if you could plot it on a chart the older the car gets the more the options will return value. It’s M6 and then everything else after that.
