    Unconventional CT4V-BW wheel fitment (Apex)

It would have a little bit of stretch, nothing major. Google can return a bunch of pic me to give you an idea.

Yeah the 265/35 would have a sidewall taller than the 285/30 and aesthetically I didn’t want that. I’m fairly particular about stuff.

Haha no worries, happy to help. Yes I’m running a 15mm spacer on the front with the 18x9, none on the back. I had to replace the front wheel studs to get enough thread engagement and went with ARP.

I like the 285 on a 10.5 more than a 9.5 rim. So no regrets.

    Unconventional CT4V-BW wheel fitment (Apex)

I went with the 10.5 because the plan was to fill the rear fenders up with a 295. Having gone with a 285, I’d ideally prefer a 10” wide wheel; the 285 on the 10.5 has a slight stretch… but it’s minimal and fine.

    Unconventional CT4V-BW wheel fitment (Apex)

I considered going square at first as well, and running 275 all around. If I tracked it more often I would consider it, but I don’t. I drive like a goon more often than not anyway, and consider rear tires to be 100% a wear and tear item that I usually replace 2x as often as I do the front tires...

    Unconventional CT4V-BW wheel fitment (Apex)

I had originally tried a 295/30R19 in the PS4 in the rear and it was WIIIIDE… like more wide than most 295’s. Turns out Michelin uses the 305 casing for the 295 as well. And unfortunately the 285 PS4 runs narrow (go figure)… Michelin uses the same casing for the 275 as it does the 285. The 295...

    Unconventional CT4V-BW wheel fitment (Apex)

Zero issues whatsoever; the overall diameters of the oem rear setup vs the new rear setup are almost the same. I tried a 295/30R19 for a few days and didn’t like it… the back was almost too planted mid corner at 9/10ths and felt almost more sluggish/sloppier is the best I can describe it.

Apex hope you don’t mind me sharing here. And yes… a rather unconventional double staggered setup 😎. 18x9 with 255/35 front and 19x10.5 with 285/30 rear.

    Unconventional CT4V-BW wheel fitment (Apex)

Hi, thought I’d share with the group… absolutely love the CT4V-BW and have never been a domestic guy (mostly German), but the handling, steering, and precision of the car absolutely sold me. Since I’ve never kept anything stock, I wanted to tailor the wheel setup more to my liking. I’m old...

Looks killer! What size tires are you running? 275/30F and 295/30R?

Thanks all, super helpful bunch on here! I recently picked up a 4BW myself but haven’t posted on here yet… I will soon with pics ;) Btw the 265/285 combo looks great! I’ve been thinking about this as well, especially since the 10.5 in an 18 just needs a little more “meat” that the factory 275...

Can you by chance post a couple of pics from the back? Specifically looking to see how far these 10.5 stick out… and whether or not 7-8mm of poke is very visible. Thanks!
