> Throttle full down to the floor
new 4bw owner not out of break-in period. Have not NLS'ed yet...
do you need to be matted to NLS? will it cut timing correctly if you aren't all the way down?
> really sporty enough for what I would prefer on this type of car
you saying that would lead me to think that it is not. Its graphite that sometimes will bling, but I think what you are really getting in this paint is graphite.
Again, as I mentioned before, in general, even under full sun, this paint is subtle right until you catch the angle right where it turns rather dramatic. Photos do not capture the sparkling clear coat metallic fleck highlights.
Here's evening conditions in my driveway, clear blue sky. For once...
Street parked in late afternoon / early evening light, same day, clear blue sky.
In the image above, you get a hint of how powerful the pop of the metal flake given the strong lens flare/artifact coming back at you from right under the v-logo on the trunk

I'm coming into closing on my new 2024 4BW. I need to move a sizable down to them via wire (the dealer is about 1000 miles away).
The sales rep gave me the destination wire account information. But paranoid me is now concerned...
(1) is it standard for a dealer to have a wire account such as...
> We used to commute to work in it.
heroic. There should un-ironically be a metal awarded to anyone doing that.
I never get in/out of the Elise without the top off. I have Tillet B5 carbon seats in mine which makes the lotus position even more advanced to in/egress.
I'm seriously considering a 4bw but the tech really is a downside for me. All the stuff that can break or malfunction: yuck.
My current fun car is about perfection to me i/r/t tech (i.e. none). Astute eyes will also note the CEL which constantly trips over the charcoal canister, showing that...
