They did since they messed up my build. I paid for the seat backs $2500, they installed for free. OEM, they were sitting at a GM warehouse in Michigan (my dealer was in Michigan).

Unfortunately the car was delivered to my dealer in Michigan so the transport driver pointed it out to me when the car was delivered. Didn't really have much of a choice unfortunately. I'm just outside of Charlotte in Denver (Lake Norman).
