The LCD is still just in the center but the whole face is gloss black. The visibility is much improved on the temp readout and Icons as well. The buttons no longer light up, the icons change from white to orange when active.

The 2025 HVAC panel did not work. It powered up but the communication protocol must have been changed over the years.
