That's insane. Even on the Atsv they were letting them go at 3k miles. I guess there really trying to get their money worth however this doesn't explain the car were discussing here. I'll be looking out for others

Bought mine with 6k, It has 13k now and has always done this regardless of cold or hot. I never bothered bringing it up to the dealer as I believe it's a characteristic of the clutch material/clutch springs and GM wanting to get decent longevity out of the friction material.
