Yes on all counts — but there must be something off on the timing occasionally. I guess practice will make perfect. I’m sure I’ll have chances to flog the car at Spring Mountain and hone the technique.
Have had an issue intermittently when NLS. Only has happened in the first to second shift, but I let the RPM’s get up close to redline, NLS to second, and second gear won’t engage. Meaning, it’s like the gear shift is locked out of going into second. Only fixed by letting foot off the gas and...
I’m at just under 7000 miles. Noticed there is condensation inside my driver’s side tail light. Also part of the plastic dash appears to be flaking up on a corner — just discovered that one this weekend. Not pleased with either - both should be warranty work but what a pain in the rear.
That feeling of watching the clock until you drive it again does not go away any time soon. I have had mine since August and still bolt down to the parking garage with a smile on my face at quitting time.

Sounds just like my journey. M3 or 4BW -- read everything and watched every review I could get my hands on. For the price difference, it is a no-contest for the 4BW. And I love it!
