Looking for touch up paint for tech bronze wheels

Funny you should say that. I backed into a spot with a curb on the passenger side before visiting my sister. I noted the curb when I stepped out of my car and I thought: Don't forget to exit in a wide arc when you turn out to leave that spot. I visit my sister. I leave. I forget about the curb...

Looking for touch up paint for tech bronze wheels

Scraped one of my tech bronze rims on a curb this morning and would like to touch it up. Anyone here ever order touch paint for them and if so, from where? Alternatively, anyone know the paint code or have their wheels off the car so they can see if, as googling suggests, the code is printed...

Scuffed one of my rims up on a curb this morning and would like to touch it up. Anyone here ever order touch paint for them and if so, from where? Alternatively, anyone here know the paint code or has the wheels off the car so they can take a peek at the rim to see if, as googling suggests, the...

    Your Blackwing in the snow

It’s usually kept in our garage. Unfortunately, though, the garage is accessed via an alley that’s pretty low on the city’s snow clearing priority list. We only get two or three major snowstorms here most years, but when they do hit, getting in and out is much more an issue than the cold.

    In praise of stealth mode

I thought this little-known feature was a gimmick, but found it relaxing to be able to turn down the lights to just the essentials during parts of a long and sometimes arduous winter drive back to Toronto from Quebec last night.

    Your Blackwing in the snow

… and now, my red 24, after the same drive, parked in the same spot. Come to think of it, they’re even the same winter tires.

    Your Blackwing in the snow

How’s this, my ‘22 after getting home to T.O. after the same trip 2 years ago: (first posted on vnet back then)

    Media dumps

This seems to be about the regular CT4, which I don’t think ever really held its value very well.

CT5-V What don't you like about your CT5-V Blackwing?

There absolutely are options for winter tires, just not ones that fit perfectly. Or at least not as far as I know, in terms of available sizes, and even that may be better now than when I bought mine 3 winters ago. See extensive discussion at...

CT5-V What don't you like about your CT5-V Blackwing?

An issue with most new cars but nevertheless something I don’t like about my BW: electronic bugs that make me worry about owning the car past warranty. I’m talking about things that would never be an issue with an older, more analog car. For example, just now my Cadillac App told me my car was...

That’s messed up but I like it.

Tire Temperature Gauge - How much faith?

Consider also that the critical temperature for grip isn’t the temperature inside the tire but it’s temp at the last millimeter where the rubber meets the road.
