I can answer this as well since I traded in my Stinger GT2 for the baby Blackwing.
They are completely different animals. My Stinger was AWD, so it was much more forgiving in corners. While Kia does provide a ton of features for the low cost, the BW has more refined qualities, e.g., suspension...
I'd prefer a true AOS like I had on my WRX, but the off-the-shelf options are limited for the LF4.
The MM CC has a check valve, not sure if the LMP has one. I'm not concerned about the VTA, unless I notice oil residue near the cans. Otherwise, they perform the same as recirculation cans.

Yeah, the ISF look is a deal breaker for me. If that can be corrected, it's worth the price.
I had AWE on my Focus RS and was very pleased with the note and fitment.
Welding on V band flanges won't hinder shipping nor does is require additional welding. But, they're already welding an exhaust designed for the BW, so adding a few extra welds won't take much longer and drive up cost (significantly).
