What "don't" you like about your BW"?

My 22 non-BW 5V came with the PDR included in the Nav pkg. Same through 2024, but became a stand alone option in 2025 when the dash changed. It's one of the perks that I am still appreciating. Love replaying the scenic drive videos and analyzing telematics with the Cosworth software. Maybe a...

What "don't" you like about your BW"?

Mine came with all the needed and properly functioning SD cards and it wasn't even a BW. They were put in so soon that I have recordings of it going through dealer prep. A good dealer does that for you (Sewell FTW).

    CT4 BW ---> CT5 BW

Sorry, but the front plate bracket is drilled into the bumper. :( I keep liking the blue more and more. :) Enjoy the new ride.

Draggy vs In Car Performance Recorder

Silicon levels are normally high in the beginning because of the sealants used for assembly and should progress to lower levels over time. If levels go up, then you have filtering issues.

Draggy vs In Car Performance Recorder

    I'd need proof.

Draggy vs In Car Performance Recorder

I'm skeptical of flow that might be at the expense of filtration effectiveness. Ingestion of particulates is a major factor in engine oil contamination and subsequent wear. I'd need to see some filtration test comparison results if they are out there.

CT4-V Intrusion sensor disable button missing

Did the CT4 even have that feature? Even on the CT5, I think only the BW had it.

    2026 Cadillac CT5-V AWD

Yeah, it is just the red line indication only. It does not mean actual RPMs are actually limited. There are also steps of limited red line indications when the engine is cold.

    2026 Cadillac CT5-V AWD

There isn't any "unlock" at 500 miles that I know of (except for the tach redline change). And the misconception that 500 miles is the break-in, when it is really 1500.

    Jacking up your Blackwing

There is no real interference on my 5V non BW.

    Jacking up your Blackwing

I use a floor jack with slotted jack pads like ZL1 addons sells or similar. No issues. Not worried about paint on the pinch welds. They are barely painted anyway.

    Jacking up your Blackwing

Yes, all my recent cars and no problems, ever.

    Jacking up your Blackwing

Don't understand the fuss. Manufacturers have been using pinch weld locations for jack points for a very long time.
