I think the 245/40-19's that come on the 5V are just right. 35/20's ride harsher. Recently went to Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus and couldn't be happier with the change in ride comfort over the stock A/S RFs I had.

To me the Phantom Blue interior is the most unusual/different and a little on the sporty side. Signet and Oxford Stone with Cinnamon is opulent/rich/refined. Signet and Juniper is similar to just above but a little more subdued.
