Wherever it is rubbing up against to make it squeak, could you not try some ceramic spray on a rag and work it into the edges to maybe make it more slick?
The tech that was responsible for my car's abuse in my last visit no longer works for the dealership. IDK if my complaint to them had any weight, but they said there were other issues with him. They are now working with me on agreeable reparations.
