I keep mine under the car, move them out before I pull the car in the garage to lift it. I have the ball bearings to move them too.

Wow! That’s terrible. It could be anything. Bad turbo oil seal. Valve guide seals. Piston rings. That will take some serious diagnosis time to find the cause.

If that’s true, that is not even close to acceptable.

Luxury car dealer service should be on another level than just a car dealership.
