    Just barely, but yes, lighter than OEM hood. I was surprised actually how light the OEM hood was.

    Yes, the gaps are slightly bigger than OEM but good enough for me. Everyone is different. I actually haven't driven on the highway with the CF hood but I may or may not have gone around 70-80 in the city with no noticeable wobble... I would recommend Aerocatch hood pins which I havent installed...
