Last year's MSRP on a vehicle that's sat for a year and is now a year old seems greedy but hey, if someone will pay it, more power to them. I have seen dealers take GM Employee + $5K off which makes MSRP funny to me.

No, "GM" contracts are from the date of service contract signing, not purchase of vehicle date unless something has changed recently.

I'd put a white mat under the car in the area of the drip spot to ensure there's no color, even if it's very light. Also easier to check the inspect the viscosity that way.

The dealership can order factory badging and install it as if it were new. You could also request the black badging (a factory option) if that's your preference, again, depending what the dealer is willing to do.

Looks like they removed the side badgings as well, fyi. Hard to tell from the smaller pics but I don't see em.
