Trans up to temp? Throttle full down to the floor, up near redline, clutch in, shift. You have to be very intentional when you do it.
Admittedly I've only ever NLS'd into 2nd about once or twice during my ownership. Plenty of times into 3rd and 4th though.

Front easy enough. Quickjack supplied Rubber block between contact patch and pinch weld. Make sure rubber block isn't interfering with rocker panel. Admittedly, the red pinch weld adapter in the guide seems like it would be best - on top of a rubber block, for extra clearance from the rocker...
I followed this same method using a quickjack 5000 SLX. Pinch welds up front with rubber blocks/pads and then rubber blocks on the rear suspension bracket. Took a few tries to make sure everything was lined up (always overly cautious lifting a car up for the first time), but once that was done...
this happened on mine early on and fairly certain i read someone else having this issue elsewhere as well. also happened in my 4vBW at Spring Mountain.
solution: don't pussyfoot it out of 2nd.
Changed out rear diff fluid with the AC delco product shown in here with the proper part number a few days ago. Easy peasy. Used about a bottle and a half - until it started weeping out of the fill hole then torqued everything down once it turned to a slow drip.
