Totally agree, I always add a factor to make the overall sales process as easy as possible and at the speed necessary to complete my entire transaction.
Thanks for sharing your experience and great to see lower cost alternatives.
The big difference on the OEM, besides the brownish hue, is the way the weave lacks the “V” design in the pattern on the rear spoiler, front splitter, upper grille header and rear diffuser.
For the person looking to...
Automatic on my 22’ 5BW as my wife wanted something she could drive in occasionally. I have a 16’ Z06 manual that satisfies for the manual side.
I could swear my 10A auto reads my mind as it’s always in a gear that matches the situation and I have zero complaints.
I purchased from 404parts the one rated for adaptive cruise control.
2020–2025 Cadillac CT5 Black Color Emblem Kit | UGN Compatible
It looks and works perfectly. I love it and it toned down the front, IMO. I hated the large chrome outline of the original emblem.
Depending on the light angle...
If it’s that important to get to 6500 rpm, maybe you can get it changed by using HP tuners, but that could void your warranty.
You can paddle shift or trade it in for a manual trans car.
Good luck in whatever you do.
I have a 2022 5BW with A10 and at WOT it can vary a few hundred rpm depending on what mode I’m in (example comfort vs sport or track mode). Check what mode you’re currently running. The car can also adjust shift point depending other factors such as engine temperature. I seriously doubt you will...
Same here and makes lining up for the other lugs a breeze. Come to think about it, I traded an Audi for my 5BW and still have the ones I used for that car 😂.
Agree with previous comments by others, unless you track & you don’t, you should not need rear pads at 6400 miles.
The pictures you posted look like lots of pad life left.
You need to confront him & discuss or find a new go to mechanic, IMO.
If you have the capability to jack up and remove...
100% agree that someone overpaid for a $88k msrp fairly basic car with 23k miles.
Still nice to know they are holding good resale value when you find the right buyer.
@Finally-a-V, I feel the same way about my nicely option 22.
@Tall Steve can’t remember, but if this is the first year for it, are you not scared of the “first year” bugs that usually follow new cars? I realize our 22’ 5BWs are technically first year cars, but for me, this one has been solid where I have had three other first year cars with many problems.
I have heard of people buying the CF mirror caps for their 5BW and stating the quality was really good. Several posts on YouTube of people performing installation. Take a look there.
Not sure if that carries over to the rest of their products or not.
I decided to buy and install OEM for 5BW...
I’ve been eyeing a new Audi RS6 Avant. V8 and closest to the ole Caddy wagon and one of the last V8 wagons… sexy beast for sure! It’s all-wheel drive and after riding in a friends, it has lots of wow and grip.
AC cold in my 22 5BW, no issues down in the hot humid Houston area. As others mentioned, by splitting the vent between floor & dash vents really helps the ventilating seats. I love that the seats turn on automatically based on temp.
Anytime it’s parked out during the hot times, I use my...
I have 22 5BW and it has 1,761 miles. It turns 3yrs old soon. I love the car and it takes restraint from wanting to get silly with it and in trouble. Time and choices are my problem. I try to drive it “when I can.” I wouldn’t be afraid of low mileage cars, except if they were trouble cars that...
