Guys, it’s there. I can’t get it to work. Just say hey google open recorder and there is the screen… people are saying it may need an OTA software update to make it work.

Congrats! Can you check your trunk and see if you have the SD card slot for your surround vision recorder? Mine doesn’t have it but the manual seems to indicate it should be there. I got the platinum package on my ‘25 V series so assumed I would have it.

Dealer called this morning and my V series has been delivered! Did the paperwork today and pick up on Thursday. Never was on the website or anything.

Haven’t seen mine pop up in the system so assuming it hasn’t shipped. Non-V built in early November.

Same. Early November build. Gotta wonder if they are buried in a lot somewhere.

When I search my VIN # on google, I get no hits so most likely not on the Cadillac website. Not sure if they’ll ever show as in transit since they are ordered vehicles.

Why didn’t they just send them to the dealerships and let them do the update?

My dealer just called. Unfortunately still no movement on my vehicle. Same place it was a month ago.

Anyone surprised that the dealers are as clueless as us? You’d think they’d give the dealers at least a little insight.

Message your salesman and they should be able to track it. My guy sent me a screenshot with a map showing where it is sitting in the parking lot in Lansing.

My dealer just checked and said they moved mine to the overflow lot and is awaiting shipping. Now who knows if it sits there for a month or if they are actually starting to ship.
