I don't know about all Cadillac's, but on the Escalades, they raised the destination $300 and $100 on all metallic paint colors. The white color goes up $200 I think. That was GM's sneaky way of a price increase. On the Tahoe/Yukon, destination went up $300, plus $300-500 depending on the trim.

When we lived in VA almost 10 years ago, radar detectors were illegal AND a ticketable offense. They could stop you only for having a detector and ticket you. As I remember, some VSP vehicles had something that could detect your detector.

If it's an auto, it's on the left side of the dash near the HUD display controls. You sound like the old 2008 CTS commercial. And, yes, it still "turns me on". The rumble, the smell, the rareness, the POWER! Such great cars.

Man, this thread has really taken a turn. Lights that turn on, seats that cool or heat when you start up, no SD cards, oh my. I'm very thankful....no, blessed....to be able to have one of these magnificent machines. My only complain is fuel range and turning radius for a u turn. All easily...

FWIW....my 4 had the quilted seats. I found them a bit firm. My 5 has the top trim seats with carbon backs and I think they are very comfortable. So, it could be the seats. Many folks say the standard seats are very comfy too.

I bought my 2022 4BW from Marvin K Brown in San Diego new back in May of 2022. I have zero complaints with them. Complete deal done on the phone, flew out, picked up at the hotel, no games at delivery.....I even paid BELOW list, which back then was huge. No one paid below list for a BW back then.

To me, not in any order, is 2022-2024, mileage, color, CF1, seats. From there, it doesn't really matter. Sunroof would be nice, CCB would be cool, PDR is pretty neat, but you should have Surround Vision standard, which is really better for everyday, unless you're on the track. I think it's more...
