Bottom line: there is no difference in ride firmness between years...but noticeable variations can be based on options chosen (when selecting your factory build*) and/or settings (that can be changed every time you drive).
*Seats and precision package are likely the 2 big difference makers...
You should be good when it's dry...but be extra careful on those cold wet days. (I literally been driving all day in 36-40° cold & rainy southern New Jersey and was fine with my oem ps4's on my 22 5bw.)
I'm switching to my winters this week... But it gets colder from now until March up here...
+1 on the sliplo. I got it for my steep driveway entrance and for my neighborhood speed bumps when I have my smaller winters on.

I haven't seen the evergreen in person, but just saw an everlake lyriq in person at Holman Cadillac and oh my gawd that color looks amazing in person (much better than the rendering/video that you provided). I hope the evergreen looks just as badass for you!
