Yes I had to turn the wheel really hard and it popped and never happened again, I'm guessing your wheel is currently tly locked out facing one way

I just wanted to update this post to say there was no need to separate bumper from fender, took less than 5 minutes per side.

Yes it is saying car ran lean, but I deleted the code and it hasn't came back, I read it could also mean a exhaust leak.
