    Thanks for your reply, that's interesting. With the Corvettes that I bought out of state, I paid directly to the selling dealer. The car was delivered to a local dealer near me, I paid them something like $500 to take it in and do the PDI. That was it. I guess that arrangement is not a thing...

    Several years ago when I ordered my Z06s from out of state (because CA dealers were all charging ADM), the car was courtesy delivered to a local dealership. Is that possible with you? Thanks.
