The CT4V requires an M14x1.5mm 60-degree conical seat lug nut. You can use your OEM lug nuts with our Apex wheels.

Yes this is the correct oreintation if you're using a 3mm spacer with it. Looks like a lot of crap going on, but in reality it makes no difference in function (compared to nothing being there) so use with confidence
