    Order Question

That 4 sure has a lot of rake. Is that stock?

    Order Question

Welcome back to the Blackwing club. I recall you sold your last 5 because you are a 2-door guy. And now selling the Z06 to get back to a Blackwing. The extra doors have never bothered me; the CT5-V Blackwing is all about a unique driving experience that no other car offers. But I imagine the...

    CT4 BW ---> CT5 BW

Congratulations, I think you made a great choice! For whatever it is worth, Coastal is one of the few colors I think should not have red calipers. If I ordered that color, I would stick with the no-charge grey color, or if I got bronze wheels, maybe do bronze calipers. I am not a fan of 2...

CT5-V 2025 CT5 Blackwings - have your dealer check oil plug on the front of the engine (Service Bulletin attached)

Great update, Chris! Glad you got past the early hiccups and love the 5!

CT5-V 2025 CT5 Blackwings - have your dealer check oil plug on the front of the engine (Service Bulletin attached)

You did nothing wrong. Your dealer, on the other hand, should have inspected the issue before delivering the car. What an incredible shame for an LT4 to die in such a simple fashion. Maybe the replacement engine, coupled with what you now know, or think, about future Cadillac sedans, will...

    CT5-V Factory Destroyed 2023 CT5-V Blackwing

When my detail shop worked on my Black Diamond Tricoat, they told me it was as good as GM paint gets. I guess I got lucky, but my 22 Rift Metallic was also more than satisfactory. The surface scratches in photos, obviously that is not a paint problem, but rather a someone causing the scratches...

Curated by Cadillac - Hand built CT5BW

I like these greens much more than the standard Typhoon. I would lean towards Evergreen with that interior based upon the renderings. Like The Evil says, you can't go wrong with either (y)

Curated by Cadillac - Hand built CT5BW

I would disagree with your friend on the black in the back. Looks fine to me, and lines up with the center console. Then it looks like 4 individual seats instead of a bench across the back. Much more premium like that.

Curated by Cadillac - Hand built CT5BW

Did you ever sell your Black Diamond Tricoat? I remember you offered it to someone. I would never part with mine, in fact I don't think it is even a choice on these curated ones. I would certainly play with the interior if I had all the custom choices.

    New 5BW Owner

Big congrats to you! I love that color. The photo with your daughter is priceless! The dealer should have given you the carbon backs for free. That is ridiculous that you have to settle and not have the semi aniline leather you wanted. I have them on mine, and could care less about the...

    Totaled?

Praise God, you, and the others are OK. Your car can be replaced. I flew in and out of Traverse City a month ago to visit my friend and my old Blackwing (I sold him my 22 and replaced it with a 24). Beautiful part of the country up there.

CT5-V What don't you like about your CT5-V Blackwing?

Me too. In manual, it is the best sedan ever.

Has anyone owned both 4vBW and 5vBW?

Just drive your Blackwing at 30% and it will be like you are back in your regular V. In all seriousness, that has to suck to spend on a BW and prefer a car that cost half as much. Curious, why did you buy the Blackwing at all?

CT4-V Disappointed after lengthy Test drive

Not every respect, Don. Driver enjoyment / engagement is a massive win for the manual that trumps all the wins for the automatic put together. At least for most of us who had to have a Blackwing.

    Range AFM Unit

I know I have read manuals have the hardware in the engines, but it does not function. Not sure if that is accurate or not.
