This one is at my dealership! I love this color. I bought Wave Metallic, but I want Midnight Steel. Wave is growing on me though.A few more from today.
How hard is the waive to keep clean? Dirt and swirl marks etc…This one is at my dealership! I love this color. I bought Wave Metallic, but I want Midnight Steel. Wave is growing on me though.
I think that Midnight Steel hides imperfections and swirls much easier than Wave based on my experience. How hard is the waive to keep clean? Dirt and swirl marks etc…
So you work at KB?I think that Midnight Steel hides imperfections and swirls much easier than Wave based on my experience.
I don't know if the GM clearcoat is considered soft or not, but my Wave CT5 BW was ran through the wash (after I said not to) and I could really see the swirls and marks. I clayed and polished the paint and I would say that it is now a good 80% better with less visible swirling/scratches. Its easy for me to keep it clean, but time will tell regarding any new swirls. I use the two bucket (3 buckets actually) method for washing, ceramic or wax products, an blow dryer, and soft microfiber drying cloths so I'm pretty OCD and cautious.
Since I get to see all the colors in person everyday, I can confidently say that the metallic and shade of Midnight Steel is fantastic at looking 100% when really only at 80%.
I do. I'm not in sales however. I am the Product Specialist and teach Sales Associates about the vehicles and the competition. I also troubleshoot and teach technology to our customers so they can use their vehicle to the fullest. So you work at KB?
Nice. So I’m guessing you would recommend the CT4BW. I’m trying to get manual but don’t want another black car which is the only on hand. Don’t think they will build any more 23s so can’t order either. Do you think if there will be a 2024 model year for the CT4BW?So you work at KB?
