The screen in the 4BW could definitely be bigger

The screen assembly is significantly bigger on the back of the back of the ct5. A full custom mount / modification of the CT5 screen assembly would be needed. My intention was to only bastardize the CT5 screen and leave the ct5 dash unolmolested so it could always accept a ct4 screen back into it if needed. If they get it working, it's definitely something I'd be eager to work with on making a custom mount. I'm halfway through a major house renovation and addition and dropped the ball on the carbon bezels or surrounds that I had hoped to do a few months back. Hopefully in the summer I'll.have some time to devote to it againJust came across this thread. I reached out to White Automotive and Media Services about it. They took a quick look at the thread and said this is something that they can likely take care of if anyone is interested still. He did ask about mounting solutions. For those that have taken it about and seen the ct5 screen, does it look simple enough? Luckily the have a 5bw development car and a local ct4 they can use!
Willing to trade ct5 screens for manual labor and/or moral support (with accompanying manual labor)I'm hoping to but it's been a bit chaotic with our house addition and gut job reno still in full swing. Hoping to have all my rta kitchen cabinets installed this weekend and then it's just measuring and ordering countertops, installing backsplash, finishing the 2nd floor bathroom, powder room, mudroom, dining room, family room, patching 12 window casings, building a deck, laying a paver patio and walkway, and refinishing most of the original 1930s hardwood floors that I totally messed up ( dropped a hammer from the 2nd floor a few times when I was missing both a floor and ceiling )..if I get to it it's honestly not going to be until late summer. Did I mention we started this in October and I lied and told my fiance it'd be done in 2 months?
Do you recall what kind of audio outputs it had? Optical, rca? I saw some pictures online but it doesn't look to have any unless they are in the harness and use a connector. Would love to get my Amps hooked up!Hey @jonnywaffles11, is this something still on your plate for the summer? I recently fitted a 10.25" Android screen and while it works great, having something OEM is always best. @GTPprix if you could handle the coding, this would be an awesome upgrade.

I was pulling on mine but couldn't get it to pop off. I was afraid of breaking it so I chickened out.
That seems about right?
I yanked with pliers. The plastic tabs are glued so it requires a lot of force. You won't break anything as long as you have the 2 screws out after you popped off each side triangle piece.I was pulling on mine but couldn't get it to pop off. I was afraid of breaking it so I chickened out.
