How I made the wireless charging pad more predictable

1) Locate phone where it most reliably charges on the pad by moving the phone around to find the center of where charging is active.

2) Glue down foam pads just outside that location on as many sides as needed for your phone.

My phone charged best when up against the front lip of the rubber pad so I only needed three foam pads.

Thanks for posting. It's a nice solution if you don't share the charger. What type of glue?

For over a decade I’ve has a flat sheet of 20 or so glue-backed foam strips, each about ~5”long, 1/3” wide, and 1/4” tall.

Kind of feels like weather stripping tape, but it didn’t come on a roll.

I have no recollection of where/how I acquired them.
