Are the 4 and 5 driving clusters the same?

Same size and same display information options? I heard on the 4 if you don't have the Tech package, you don't get all the same displays. But generally speaking, are the clusters on the 4 and 5 the same otherwise?

Thank you. I was also told non-tech pack 4s do not get all of the same information pages as 4s with the tech pack, and all 5s. I'm on the verge of a 4 with the tech pack so know it will have all the screens, I was mostly wondering about the size. I think the cluster is one of the interior highlights for sure.
