My rear decklid rattle is getting worse? Anyone noticed any noises over sharp bumps coming from behind the rear seats? I'm not crazy about taking it apart, but I will if I have to.

Hey folks, curious if anyone else is getting a very specific noise that I am. As far as. I know, this is not the fluttery/ rattly noise that others have described from exhaust valves or waste gates. While at slightly slower hwy speeds (50-65 maybe?), in fifth gear, I get a squeaky chirpy noise...

Don't be, lol. I feel the same way. There's the less-than-clear markings, then there's the fact that my oil level is always managing to be some squiggly S-shape with a little blob somewhere confusing for good measure. I've always just checked after an hour or two of warm and hoping for the best...

Personally, I'm thrilled there are other people like me who are sweating a flickering bulb. Makes me feel slightly less neurotic, lol.

Also wanted to check in on this, as I haven't heard from Cadillac. I did see this on KBB (I think) when I checked book value via VIN. I count myself lucky to not have experienced these issues, of course, but am not opposed to getting the recall work done proactively.
