I ordered ZL1 Add Ons lift points on 5/24/26 and got confirmation of my order and a charge to my credit card the same day. As of todays, 6/8/26, I have heard nothing further from from them, in spite of two e-mail follow ups. Is this normal? They were quick to charge my card but do not respond to inquires. Is it time to have my credit card company reverse the charge?

Same when I ordered mine in April. I ordered mine in black and most folks get the red ones. I called after waiting about three weeks and the guy told me that the black ones had just arrive and he would ship them out to me that day, and he did. I got them maybe three or four days later and I put them on. Already tried them out and the work great. Give them a call.

I ordered red anodized lift pads for my 2008 Corvette and 2026 Blackwing from ZL1 Addons on 5/7/2026. Lift pads were not on their list of items with lead times (see Shipping Policy page) so I figured they were in stock. I sent them an e-mail after a few business days since they had not shipped and they responded that the lift pads were being machined and then would be sent out for color application. They were just delivered today 6/8/2026 and look great. I'm fine with long lead times, but it would be good if this was called out in the listings when you place your order (e.g. "lift pads are made to order and will ship out in 3-4 weeks").

I called them this AM, but it was too early. They are in California. There message said I would get a call back in the order it was received. I just called now 5:30 our time, 2:30 theirs and was told the black ones I ordered were sent out last week for coating and are expected back next week and should be shipped sometime the following week. I am getting the impression they must wait till they get enough orders and then have a batch made.

Just a heads-up. The bolt-on ZL1 lift pucks don't fit the CT-5 BW with trimming some of the plastic near the pinch welds.

I'd say no but yes - I saw this concern brought up in a previous thread, yes the pucks will make contact with the plastic but the plastic does not prevent you from fully seating the pucks against the pinch weld, and there appear to be no impacts visibly to installing this way. Nothing is deformed or out of place and it appears several have installed this way.

I'm pretty OCD and even I was okay with not going through the effort required to trim the plastic

I installed mine without trimming the plastic yesterday after they arrived. Had no problem getting the pads to seat on the bottom of the pinch welds. Installed them on a 4 post lift using wood and shims on the runways to hold the pads firmly up in position before tightening the screws.

This thread also covers installation without the need to trim the plastic:
