V-Series Cadillac(s)?
2026 CT5-V Blackwing
Only one shows up in a cadillac.com search of the greater Los Angeles/Orange County metro area: Simpson Cadillac in Buena Park, CA. An internet search of "V-Series Certified Staff" and "Simpson Cadillac" turned up this nightmare thread from a few years ago: New CT5-V Blackwing needs new transmission prior to delivery. What to do?

I was wondering, has anyone had more recent service experience with Simpson or would like to weigh in on whether "V-Series Certified Staff" are worth seeking out for more significant, non-routine, V-specific service?

Thanks! That was actually the thread that prompted me to do the search. When I found just the one dealer in the area, Simpson, I thought, hmm, farther than the one I currently use, but a bitch to get to in traffic for early morning drop offs—would it be worth it? That’s when I found the nightmare thread.

I know it’s only a single data point from several years ago, so just wondering if there are any more…
