The Blackwing Spotting Thread

It is an suv at heritage Cadillac this morning. Not sure how long they will have it or if it gets moved to different dealers.

There's a Celestiq on the showroom floor at Caddy of South San Francisco (and lots of Blackwings too). I'd call the Celestiq a long fastback, not an SUV.

I don't have pics, but I saw two 5BW in the upper mid-west over the weekend (went to Road America for the MotoAmerica races...by FAR the most entertaining moto weekend of all time).

First was a shadow metallic in Elkhart lake on Saturday. Best color award! The second was on I-294 in Chicago heading back to O'Hare on Monday afternoon. It was matte electric blue (wrapped) and he was clearly in a hurry. Came in hot behind me in moderate traffic and then recognizing the profile, I rolled the windows down for the inevitable downshift to snipe the next available lane opening. To be honest, it was a bit of a Mustang-ish driving display, but I appreciated the LT4 music nonetheless. And no, I wasn't parking my Kia in the left lane!

In almost five years of ownership, I ‘think’ I saw one (a 5BW) in the Fisher Indiana area. 146th and Cumberland Rd. In the same time frame, I have had maybe 5 people who knew what my 4 BW was.

Saw a Red 4BW passing me going over the Belmar Bridge, NJ going north on RT35 about 11am today. Just caught sight of the car as it went by.

First 4 or 5 I have seen, that hasn’t been up at Gold Coast Cadillac.

I was in may van bring backing flowers for the yard so my 4BW was resting at home.

I'm from SJ, but I've got a 5bw that I ordered from Gold Coast with a TPW of 6/22!

Yeah - while it was rare to see another CTSV when I had my 2012 V (which I traded in for my 24BW) - nothing like the scarcity of spotting BW’s.

I like Gold Coast - that was where I got my 2012 CTSV.

Didn’t get my 4BW there because another shop down in SJ had one on the lot that that matched what I wanted.

But I use Gold Coast for my maintenance on both cars. Good shop & only 15 minutes from me

Been noticing an Electric Blue CT4BW driving North on 17 every morning I'm headed to work.

It's like clockwork, I spot this person within the same 1/2 mile stretch of road every day lol.
