Need help ASAP ... Just found out that they are putting an allocation through for me today

no one should ever buy a car from cadillac of S san fran. They were good under the old ownership, but are a classic bait and switch operation now that is highly dishonest. They also sold a car I had ordered from them and paid a $5,000 non-refundable deposit on to someone else. Sales manager told me 'you don't know who you're fucking with motherfucker' when I asked why they were trying to charge more than what we had already agreed to in writing. Absolutely awful place.

What happened to the $5k deposit? Did they refund?

It was a battle to get that back. took several phone calls. I'll post about the entire experience soon. They tried ghosting me for weeks after they sold my car to someone else. I'm likely going to be filing a small claims lawsuit against them.

Sleazeballs. Maybe have your attorney see if there’s an interstate aspect to it too.
