Merlette, I couldn't agree more. This is my cars third trip back to the dealership since June 29th for the oil issue. Separate issue but the dealership still doesn't have the title to the car, so I am using a dealer plate and my insurance company is threatening to drop me in 5 days if I can't register the car in my home state. There are several things very wrong going on......
