Yup. It always happens to me when parking and of course there are families around that then look at me like I’m some kind of asshole revving his motor.

I haven't used a scissor jack in at least 20 years since I had one fail while changing a tire on my Escalade. Today I think I'd look for a steep hill I could balance a corner of the car on before I'd use a scissor.
No better protection than what's between your ears. Pay attention every drive you make especially entering driveways. Here in Chicago our roads are built like shit so contractors can come back and charge the state every year for the work. Pot holes that could eat a watermelon are everywhere...
They're doing us all a favor. IMO the top wheel belongs on a Miata or Mini and the Malort is a 1998 Acura or maybe an M3. A word to the wise, avoid Malort. As a Chicagoan I don't know like that we have to be associated with that donkey piss.
