There is a ct5 blackwing on bring a trailer right now. Msrp is about $94,500. Current price is $95k and the reserve has been met. Pretty good deal if it’s what you want and you’re stuck at 1100

I feel very fortunate when my car does eventually arrive but does anyone know how exclusive these cars really are? What are we talking 2-3k cars for 4-5 years total? I’m just guessing

Just got this from the dealer. At least he is trying to figure out what’s going on. I interpreted this as there are too many cars built and they can’t get to some that have been there a while due to being blocked in.

Is vin view worthless? My dealer keeps sending me screen shots of the cars estimated delivery which is 4/10/22. It’s getting weird they are calling me once a week just to say they have never had this problem and that they can not find out any information on this specific car.

You are correct which makes it worse. 81=ct5 auto. 86= ct5 manual 41= ct4 auto and 46= ct4 manual. There is a lot of cars built and if I were a betting man there are fewer delivered

I’m not sure how these are prioritized as far as if a ct4 or a ct5 is built first but if we are just now seeing vin numbers in the 260’s being delivered we are in for a long wait. Also it seems like the frequency of cars arriving is terrible. Maybe 5 a week from this forum.

I have been told it would be delivered 3 times by my dealer. It’s never came. They showed me the vin view each time. There has to be an issue nobody is talking about.

Pretty strong prices for the 5bw at Barrett jackson. i thought the 4bw they had would do better but I guess the interest is in the 5 for now

On a different note a friend of mine didn’t want to wait for a ct5 blackwing so he bought a used less than 10,000 mile ct6v with the blackwing motor. It’s a big car but the ride is very plush
