Pretty sure mobile 1 supercar is not the right oil for the LF4. I guess revert to recommended oil and see what the pressure is? Also you didn't put in 9.5 quarts Supercar right?

Mine were also missing. The non BWs I think are supposed to come with a wind deflector here. My fender actually would pull away at high speeds and rub against the wheel to the point it wore a hole in the fender. I got some fasteners from amazon and secured these and the problem went away.
