Force of habit. Used to manual E-brake. Some of this modern tech seems superfluous.
That aside, is it just me or are the parking proximity sensors a bit delayed? I can't tell if they only respond when I have the clutch engaged or if there's throttle application but they seem intermittent most...
All you have to do to clean it up is tap the app you want primacy on and it's good! One more step unfortuntely. I'm going to play with the settings on the phone app later to see if I can reset the preset. I also find the smaller map with additional widgets annoying.
lol, I take it off. 6MT.
Although I've noticed if you're in gear and apply slight pressure to the gas while it's engaged, it will automatically release the brake.
Old school. I recall the days of my youth when you were cool if you had the cassette with the aux dongle that stuck out.
Sounds like you have an old phone. Bluetooth works well too!
Have had that issue in previous vehicles. "forgetting" the device on your phone or car and re-connecting them usually fixes the issue.
The new updates probably have a few bugs though.
I didn't realize people still used built in navigation when you have AA/ACP wireless with maps or waze available.
My start up routine is start, put her in neutral, park brake, then by the time that is done the AA is linked and I hit the button and my spotify starts.
It's not always that simple for some of us. I'm 26 likely one of the younger or youngest I've seen on the forum and by no means well off (DoD salary woo). But between a stable income, several eye-opening deaths in the last year, and all the stir regarding the cessation of ICE vehicle production...
Conversely, agnostic of plate or badge, those in the know even loosely, will probably do a double take at what looks like a CT4 or CT5 with a quad exhaust that sounds like a monster
I've had a few people compliment the car or try to race me at a red light just because I had the exhaust...
No hate whatsoever! I understand people wanting others to know what their cool/expensive car is.
My brain is just wired different. Subtly is cool to my hipster ass lol. Mine is getting de-badged at the detailer.
Ordered my '23 4BW in October. Dealer was amicable to putting 10% down to lock the vehicle in at MSRP. They kept their word through delivery in January. They have since added a small ADM but they honored the initial agreement for MSRP.
From what I gathered talking with the sales manager, the...
ICE GOAT for sure.
I don't get why people keep making "CT5/CT4 BW" plates. Like, it says it on the trunk already? So unoriginal.
Different stroke for different goats I guess
1x 5BW Murdered out and 1x OBM 4BW with black wheels both in the 757 // VB Area. Only seen them once.
Seems like everyone who notices mine tries to race me. I have had in the last week a Subaru Outback, Silverado 2500, and two GTIs try to roll with me off of red lights.
Which is weird when...
I half wanted them because they kept me just under my budget lol but also I didn't love the red or blue calipers. Bronze on Bronze sounded like too much. To @668LT4 point, I think a high gloss black would be good too.
Funny you can even see that in the pics with how much brake dust I've...
There's also the "normal" and "rear" setting. The latter just pushes most of the audio through the back speakers... Honestly, vocals/mid range sounds better in that setting but treble and bass are lacking.
If anyone here is an audiophile and figures out how to set these up to sound decent...
It was broken in 3 days after purchase 😁 the 400 mile drive home helped get her there. Will definitely say hey! As soon as I get back C&C Raleigh and Morrisville are on my to-do list
