Has anyone considered buying an aftermarket ATS-V exhaust and modifying it to work? I assume the undercarriage is similar for the most part and most modifications would need to be made at the tail end around the exit.

It says both 1200 in the caption and 1000 on the thumbnail. Advertising both crank and wheel HP is quite common and they most likely did it to get some extra recognition over Hennessey's BW.
I don't think 0-60 is a great metric since you will quickly realize you are limited by traction. If you truly care about ripping it out of the hole go spend your money on some slicks/radials.
Now it just needs a good polish after all the wet sanding.......
Typically not a fan of matte paint but it looks better than expected. I may be partial though because I love red cars.

Have you considered a used BW? There are handful of manual cars in the 80-95k on Autotrader some of which include CF1/CF2 options.
