Has anyone considered buying an aftermarket ATS-V exhaust and modifying it to work? I assume the undercarriage is similar for the most part and most modifications would need to be made at the tail end around the exit.

I don't think 0-60 is a great metric since you will quickly realize you are limited by traction. If you truly care about ripping it out of the hole go spend your money on some slicks/radials.

It takes a lot of power to cut through the air at that speed + you are gaining ground so quickly you end up running out of space.

I would tell them to pound sand, there are plenty of cars nationwide that are selling for MSRP. Have you considered a used BW? There are handful of manual cars in the 80-95k on Autotrader some of which include CF1/CF2 options.
